Version 0.6 of Ocrad released

I am pleased to announce the release of Ocrad 0.6.

Ocrad is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program.

The sources can be dowloaded from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ocrad/ or from
your favorite GNU mirror.

This release is also GPG signed. You can download the signature by
appending ".sig" to the URL.

Changes in version 0.6:

* 'configure' is now compatible with 'sh', not only 'bash'.
* Better algorithmn for lowercase-uppercase decision.
* Small changes to line detector. (Less broken lines).
* Fixed bug (output of char 0 when separating some merged chars).

Be aware that frames, lines, pictures, broken chars, merged chars,
etc, can (by the moment) totally confuse ocrad.
