Version 0.9 of GNU Ocrad released

I am pleased to announce the release of GNU Ocrad 0.9.

Ocrad is the GNU OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program.

The sources can be dowloaded from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ocrad/ or from
your favorite GNU mirror.

This release is also GPG signed. You can download the signature by
appending ".sig" to the URL.

Changes in version 0.9:

* Added new option '--transform' for rotating or mirroring image file.
* 'DESTDIR' now works as expected.
* New class 'Textpage' is now top of internal representation.
