osip2-3.0.2 and eXosip2-3.0.2 release

Hi list,

I just made a new official release of osip2 and eXosip2 today: both
with version 3.0.2.

Among changes, there is now support for compiling osip/eXosip2 with 
minimal features only (to reduce code size: --enable-minisize) and
support for a new platform: uCOS.
