GNU IceCat 3.0.7-g1 released.

I am happy to announce the new GNU IceCat version.

GNU IceCat is the GNU version of the Mozilla Firefox browser.

This new version includes the upstream changes made in Firefox 3.0.7
plus some changes to the UI.

Many of the addons present on the http://addons.mozilla.org web site,
used by Firefox, don't explicitly define a license and they can't be
considered Free Software.
Because of this issue, the GNU IceCat browser can't advise users to
install and use them, now we independently maintain a list of free
addons here: http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuzilla/addons.html.
