It looks like a very rare case. I guess you're using emacs-w3m
v1.4.3 or older and it was byte compiled by the old version of
Emacs 22 in which the `charset-id' macro was disappeared.
Re-installing the latest emacs-w3m[1] using the most recent
Emacs 22 will solve the problem.
