I don't think so. The messages are gatewayed to the gnus.gnus-bug
newsgroup, and I saw two messages by Torsten yesterday.

They are, see above. However, the mailing list is _not_ archived or put
up on Gmane. IIRC Lars does not want this because the Gnus configuration
that M-x gnus-bug includes may contain some private information.
