Maybe copy the emails from Mail.app and Evolution to an IMAP-server, and
then copy them from there into Gnus?

Or, if Mail.app and Evolution can export to some reasonably sane format,
like mbox perhaps, do that, read the files in Gnus and copy the emails
to where you want them?
