Thanks for your answer. I had not even to do it: it worked when I commented
;(setq gnus-secondary-select-methods '((nntp "news.sunsite.dk")))

and typed

(setq gnus-select-method '((nntp "news.sunsite.dk")))

I do not think that it could be linked to it, but it now works.

This thread can now be considered as being solved. My other problems
for fetching mail, etc., are now developed in another thread, with
fetchmail.
