[Ring] privacy on androide client

Hi,

i apreciate the grate work which is done with ring.

As a person looking for privacy i was a little bit disapointed when the
first thing the android client did was to access the phonebook without
asking for permission.

I think it would be nice if the client might ask first if it should
access the phonebook and in case of a no give the hint that the
permisson can be given later within the settings.
