Subject: [Ring] Installation problem on Ubuntu 16.04 ring requests older packages than installed

In January, ring worked on U 1604 via SIP.
After an update in February, ring could build connections to other SIP contacts
and play the waiting music but no voice was transfered in both directions. The
phone connection stopped automatically after some 1 minute.
On windows 10, the similar experience with SIP connections established but no
voice transfer in both directions.
In March, ring was totally deinstalled on U1604 and W10 and the new ring was
installed.
On W10, the same behavior as before (no voice in both directions).
On U1604 impossible to install with error messages:
Package list shows 3 ring entries in synaptic package manager:
ring
ring-daemon
ring-gnome
Error list for trying to install ring-daemon:
Depends on: libcrypto++9 but it is not installable
Depends on: libdbus-c++-1-0 but it is not installable
Error list for trying to install ring:
Depends on: libcamel-1.2-49 but it is not installable
Depends on: libebackend-1.2-7 but it is not installable
Depends on: libebook-1.2-14 (>=3.7.90) but it is not installable
Depends on: libebook-contacts-1.2-0 (>=3.7.90) but it is not installable
Depends on: libedata-book-1.2-20 but it is not installable
Depends on: libedataserver-1.2-18 (>=3.10.0) but it is not installable
On U1604 newer versions of the requested versions of libcamel and so on were
installed.
I did not try to install older versions.
Error list for trying to install ring-gnome:
repair brocken packages first
No installation for all 3 ring entries.
What do you recommend?
