Bonjour François, 

Jami répond parfaitement à ce cas d'utilisation. Nous avons d'ailleurs quelques 
expérience pilotes (notamment avec un service du l'hôpital général Juif de 
Montréal). 

Jami offrirait un environnement très simple d'usage pour cela.
