After an installation from the koha 1.2.3 tarball, and
populating the Koha database with koha.mysql, an attempt to 
load the sample data results in this error.

Enter password: 
ERROR 1136 at line 16: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Seems to relate to the biblio table.
