When editing a MARC record that has quotation marks in the title -- e.g. "A" is
for Apple -- the opening quote causes addbiblio.tmpl to assume that it has come
to the end of the value it should display, so a blank line is displayed.  (In
the example above, the 245a tag displays a blank line, instead of saying '"A" is
for Apple.')  It looks like line 163 in addbiblio.pl is supposed to handle this,
but is not?  Would a quotemeta work better?
