This is still a valid issue, but I think it's more accurately described as an
enhancement, since it doesn't describe an existing function which is broken.
This, along with OPAC renewals, falls into the category of "How do we safely
offer database-changing interactions to the user."
Is placing a reserve less "dangerous" in a database security sense than making a
renewal or cancelling a reserve? Or is that not the issue?
