ver 2.2.2 
If you have even number of items on your bookshelf (ie 2, 4 etc) trying to 
remove eiteh one or all items crashes to give internal server error. The error 
log reads:
HTML::Template->param() : You gave me an odd number of parameters to param()! 
at ...

This does not occur if you have odd number of items (1,3,5 etc)
