Both Default and NPL templates

put in a title and you just get a regular title search.

Put in an itemnumber and it's not used in the search - if you put in just the
number it says "no search terms entered".

I'm not sure what this is for - I was imagining it would get me straight in to
being able to move items from one group to another on the same biblio - but you
can do that already in the catalogue so I suspect it can just go - unless
someone remembers what it's supposed to do.
