I just imported it with my marc21 setup on head.
I get no error like the one described, but :
# 3 imported records
# 0 not imported because already in catalog
# 1 not imported because already in the reservoir
# 231 not imported because they seem not to be in MARC format (or ISBN/ISSN
missing) !
# 235 records parsed

231 not imported
a dumpmarc.pl -w --file file.mrc shows :

990 10 _a91002ab
Invalid indicator "|" forced to blank       _b71001ab

one record 29 or 30

I give the ball to kados, as I don't nothing about marc21, so can't know
if/where there is a problem :-(
