There are a few columns of information missing from the table on additem.pl:

Status (onloan) <-- shows due date if checked out
Cost, normal purchase price
Cost, replacement price
Price effective from

These were present in 2.x, so some libraries might miss having the information
displayed. For NPL, Status and cost were important.
