Am able to setup a new subscription for a serial just fine, however when I go
to receive the first issue, using the button on the confirm subscription page
(immediately after making the subscription), I get the following error. 

Software error:

The given value does not seem to be interpretable as a Boolean value at
/home/mtj/koha/production/intranet/modules/C4/Boolean.pm line 103.

CGI::Carp 

Checking back in the subscription history and the catalogue I can see that the
issue has been successfully added. (as in it appears in the catalog and the
history). 

Have tested again trying to receive and issue straight from the Subscription
and get the same error.
