I disagree with hdl last sentence : we MUST not rely on our western connexion
(and I know at least 3 koha setups that don't have a web access available 24/7
here in France)
the 1st one being the Dombe Abbey, that was the 1st french user of Koha ! (the
monestary is too far from the village to get DSL. The farm that is 300 or 400m
closer has it, but the monestary can't :- \ )
