Try importing a file that contains data in 952 $l (issues), it doesn't put the
data in items.issues, even though it does preserve the item data in the MARC
record 952 fields. When running bulkmarcimport, all items data that's mapped to
an items table field should be imported, nothing omitted.

Marking this as a blocker since it leads to data loss.
