opac-detail.tmpl has this in the template:

<h1><!-- TMPL_VAR NAME="title" --> <!-- TMPL_IF NAME="subtitle" --> <span
class="subtitle"><!-- TMPL_VAR NAME="subtitle" --></span><!-- /TMPL_IF --></h1>

...but subtitle is not being displayed for items which have information in
245b.

The same is true for the intranet.
