[Koha-bugs] [Bug 1622] New: OPAC displays unformatted date/time with each user comment

When I enter a comment (review) for an item in the OPAC, it appears with an
unformatted date/time string ("2007-11-26 18:47:13"). Maybe all this needs is
to be formatted according to the dateformat system pref, or maybe we need a
system pref for formatting date+time ?
