The option to add an alternate contact to a patron record has disappeared.
Previously, there were form fields in memberentry.pl for adding a contact name
(contactname), phone (altphone), relation (altrelationship), and notes
(altnotes). All of these but contactname have been removed from the database,
and contactname now seems to be used as to store the guarantor's name.

The alternate contact feature was in Koha since 1.x, and is used for every
registered patron at NPL.
