When entering new information in the online help, a new topic is uneditable
through Safari. However, it seems fully compatible with Firefox. Also, after
something, anything, is in the help for a given page, one can edit it using
Safari.

Incidentally, it might behoove us all to have a component for help in Bugzilla.
