At NPL, the Book Bag is disabled because the patron's hated it. They couldn't
figure out what it was for. To them, the Book Bag should be like a shopping
cart: you look for the things you want, and put them in your Book Bag as you
go. To continue the metaphor, what is the final step? To our patrons, the final
step was to place holds on all the items they'd chosen. For us, the Book Bag
will remain disabled until we can get this feature.
