A change to Auth.pm fixes this easily. I'll submit a patch for it today. I do
notice something that should be looked at, though. All these appear in my
system prefs:

intranetreadinghistory: If ON, Reading History is enabled for all patrons
opacreadinghistory: If ON, enables display of Patron Circulation History in
OPAC
ReadingHistory  If ON, enables circulation history 

Are all these getting installed by default? ReadingHistory needs to go, since
it's now broken into intranet and opac.
