I think we're missing some javascript.

/cgi-bin/koha/opac-shelves.pl?viewshelf=2

Click on an item and click 'Remove' ... nothing happens ...

The feature is pretty much unusable if you can't perform the basic functions,
such as add, delete shelves, add, delete items to shelves ... since this is a
major part of the feature, in order to be included in the release it must work.

I'm assiging to Owen, hopefully this is a template issue, if not, Owen, please
re-assign ...
