The links at the top of the Koha intranet (Circulation, Patrons, Catalogue,
Lists, Cataloguing, etc.) are the same as the links on the main Koha intranet
page, except for one.  The top navbar link for "Circulation" points to
"circulation-home.pl" (which is correct), while the link on the main page for
"Circulation" points to "circulation.pl" (which works, but doesn't have all the
helpful circulation-related links you probably want).

Patch to fix the main template is attached.
