One thing that I got a lot of requests for a PLA was the ability for patrons to
opt in to the circulation history.  Instead of having circ history as a on/off
toggle, why not have an on/off/opt in toggle.  This way if patrons history is
kept, it's there choice and the librarians aren't liable.  It would need a page
explaining this to the patrons via their info page.
