[Koha-win32] Problems with tmpl_process3.pl in windows instalation

I have install the koha software in windows xp, the installation environment
is Apache server 2.2.4, mysql 4.1, active Perl 5.8.8.

I want to translate the koha opac interface in greek language.

I try with the instructions of  koha for windows documentation  but the
tmpl_process3.pl don’t work.
 
When I run the tmpl_process3.pl give me erros like: can´t  determine
original templates´charset,  defaulting to ISO-8859-1

Text extraction failed: ./xgettext.pl : No such file or directory

Will not run msmerge create FAILED

Can someone help me? What can I do to take a  PO file  to translate it?

I have install the poEdit software, is this software ok hith the po files
that creat the tmpl_process3.pl?
