[Koha-win32] Data not add in 'Add budget'

Dear all

I have installed koha ver. 2.2.8 with following configurations:
Microsoft window 2000. Apachi 2.0.59, Mysql 5.0 & Perl 5.8.8 build 817.

I fill all information in, Add bookfund  form then I click Add Budget fill (Start date, End date,Budget amount) data but budget data is not added  only show in cell Branch.

When I look intranet-error –log file  following error is showing

I am facing this error anybody know this error please help to solving the problem
