[Koha-win32] OPAC and Intranet not working when my machine is not attached with internet

Dear All

I am using Koha 2.2.8 at Windows Vista.  It is working nicely here.  But I have realized that http://opac/ and http://intranet/ is not working when I am not connected with internet.  I've checked C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file and it says:


127.0.0.1       localhost
::1             localhost
127.0.0.1       opac           # Koha Library Software OPAC    
127.0.0.1       intranet       # Koha Library Software INTRANET

Whenever I type OPAC in FireFox (v. 3.0.1) or IE 7, my browsers takes me to http://www.opac.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl and similarly I found the following address when I type INTRANET:

http://www.intranet.com/cgi-bin/koha/mainpage.pl

What can be the reason?
