1- Copy circulation.tmpl(default) file at C:\usr\koha229\intranet\htdocs\intranet-tmpl\default\en\circ
2- Copy circulation.tmpl(npl) file at C:\usr\koha229\intranet\htdocs\intranet-tmpl\npl\en\circ
After that rename the files as:
1) circulation.tmpl(default) to circulation.tmpl
2) circulation.tmpl(npl) to circulation.tmpl
It will replace the already available files
