Yes, but it would be even better to have a really cheap, ubiquitous
confinement mechanism that is the normal way of running things.
That goes without saying, sub-hurds aren't cheap... What I was
thinking of was a sub-hurd that uses the already avaiable translators
instead of running its own copy of them, or some such.
