You forgot "extensibility" as an essential goal.  I think that was
initially the whole point of building a multi-server system, and that
was also clear from "Towards a New Strategy of OS Design".  Of course,
we might want "safe extensibility", i.e. extensibility such that users
cannot harm each other.

Apart from that, I fully agree with your list.
