o One cannot make money with free software

The FSF, the OpenBSD project and RedHat are examples of the contrary.
G10 in Germany comes to mind, and probobly more places. Most
companies do free software inhouse, what you see on the shelfs is
quite a small part of the software world. Many people are hired to
work on free software, like GCC, GLIBC, and what not. The Google
Summer thingy is also such a example.

o Free software cannot provide (data) security

Neither can non-free software, which is worse in this regard since you
cannot look at what the non-free program does, it could send your data
to your worst enemy for all you know. With free software you atleast
have the possibility to check what it does.

But all this misses the point of free software, free software is about
freedom, not cost, not that it is better, etc.

She also called called it fraud if a company sells support for a
   free program.

It is as much fraud as a company selling support for a non-free
program. After all, if you can't do support for free software, why
should it be any different for non-free software?
