No. Well, it's just that I usually do not consider it worth publishing
most often.
But you are free to not give it to public domain, and there is nothing
wrong with that. If you write your very great super gadgiboo, feel free
to keep it on your box. But _if_ you release it to someone, he should be
allowed to give it to someone else, etc.
