Bugs in recently-added MMC-SCSI functions (Was Re: [Libcdio-devel] Re: New MMC functions to detect media type)

I just started writing a basic test for the get_disctype which tests the
mmc_get_configuration I added. mmc_get_configuration doesn't work, currently
get_disctype doesn't work yet.

I also a recently added mmc_mode_select() and that also doesn't work. I'll
be fixing these over the next couple of days. But of course if someone else
can spot the problem sooner...
