You beat me to it.  I was going to try this.

I suppose the question is what my code is doing differently that it
does not work which is why I included my function.  My function
appears to be pretty close to print_cdtext_track_info in cd-info.c
Hmm.  Do you have to call cdtext_select_language for cdtext_get_const
to work?  I will look at it more closely when I can.

And yeah, I know there has to be a .bin file....

I saw this as well.  The cd-text tests should be added to this.  It
shouldn't be too hard.
