Planned libchop talk at the GHM

Hello,

I’ll give a talk about libchop at the GNU Hackers Meeting on July, 23rd:

The focus of this meeting is on “building decentralized GNU
applications”, and I think libchop is relevant in this context.

libchop also seems to fill a gap between GNUnet and GNU tar in the area
of storage applications in GNU.  ;-)
