Actually libchop uses Gnulib and I’ve chosen to not check in Gnulib
files for now.  So you must first run “gnulib-tool --update” from a
fresh Gnulib checkout in the libchop source directory.

I’ve just updated ‘autogen.sh’ to reflect this.
