Hi,

In the following weeks, I would like to update at least the build infrastructure
of libffcall. Something like this:
  Switch to automake 1.15
  Switch to autoconf 2.69
  Switch to libtool 2.4.6
  Update to current gnulib
Update support for building with MSVC.
  Update installation instructions for Windows.
Remove autogenerated files from version control. Update .cvsignore files.
  Update documentation.
  Rename configure.in to configure.ac. Modernize configure.ac.
Always use the newest copies of config.guess, config.sub.
Create tarballs through an Automake-like "make dist" command.
  Update version number to 1.13.

Before doing that, I need to know:
  - The repository is still at https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=libffcall,
right? It would be bad in the long term, for a GNU project, to move to the
    closed-source Github.
  - Has the work of the GSoC students been integrated?

Bruno
