PATCH Compaq UNIX 4.0 multi-language-branch

Hai ,

Here it goes  Enjoy . If i pass -Wl,-rpath -Wl,somedir as a link opts the 
cxx compiler will crib  now .This can only be corrected by parsing  the 
linkopts . But then it  too much work .Any how it is fixed. Of course it is 
not a libtool bug . So i have changed the part of libtool.m4 that  passes 
-rpath in the above format . I passed  -path direclty .
