Hi David,

Thanks very much for the patch!  It looks like the patch is a bit
longer than the 10 line cut-off that we use to determine if a
copyright transfer is required.  Can the rest of the libtool team
please comment on this?  If this is the case, have you already
submitted the appropriate copyright transfer forms to the FSF?

BTW, can you please resubmit the patch for ltconfig, against
ltconfig.in?  ltconfig is a generated file.  Patch submission
guidelines are available here:
