To whom it may concern,
I download the latest CVS yesterday, added the patch and on UnixWare it
still chooses the SCO ld and sets the -lc. These two problems are the two
greatest causes of error on UnixWare 7.1.1. I can get random jumps to
invalid memory locations, core dumps, and race conditions. I edit libtool
change the -lc to no and change ld to $CC and all problems cease. Could
we get libtool to use $CC for SCO's OpenServer and UnixWare as the
default.
Thanks,
