As mentioned the other day,
* libtool.m4 (AC_LIBTOOL_SETUP, _LT_AC_LOCK): Use AC_PROVIDE_IFELSE
to test AC_LIBTOOL_WIN32_DLL and AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN, necessary for
autoconf 2.53.
