libltdl - patch for Darwin / Mac OS X support

If you want it, I would like to contribute the following patch:

ltdl.c : Add support for loading bundles under Darwin / Mac OS X.

Notes:
  *  I can't tell you the exact version of the file that I'm working 
with.  It is the copy distributed with GNU SmallTalk 2.0.5.
  *  I'm running this code under Mac OS X 10.2 (ppc).  I have not 
tested it on a vanilla Darwin platform.
  *  I'm not familiar with autoconf, so the mechanism for automatically 
conditionally compiling this code is not complete.
  *  I don't subscribe to this mailing list.
