yet another darwin patch

Since I am waiting for the copyright assignment form to arrive, I 
thought I'd ask darwin based developers to check out this patch and let 
me know if it solves any problems with their builds.

What is new in this patch:
libltdl support.
patches to ltmain for libltdl support to be recognised.

otherwise it is the same as my last patch :-)

Please test this, my whole reason for spending time with libtool is to 
avoid having to spend time patching/hacking libtool in released 
packages in the future. Let me know of any problems you have which are 
darwin specific.

Review of the code is always appreciated too :-)

Should apply cleanly against HEAD.
