Could you consider `makeinfo --html --no-split' instead of texi2html?
(Or maybe better: use the gendocs.sh script distributed with texinfo.)
The manual currently on the libtool home page uses anchors that
are unstable. If you want to point someone to the section
documenting libltdl (*), you presently have to use an url like
http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/manual.html#SEC45
but with the next release, this URL could as well point to
"Inter-library dependencies" or any random section that got
numbered SEC45.
With makeinfo >= 4.7 the URL would be
http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/manual.html#Using-libltdl
and should last.
(*) I just did so on
http://www-src.lip6.fr/~Alexandre.Duret-Lutz/autotools.html
and BTW if any of you feel like reviewing the libtool part
of this tutorial, do not hesitate :)
